Websites for plumbers

A plumbing website that gets the phone to ring.

The homeowner with a burst pipe needs your number now. The one planning a water heater wants to see your work first. The framework is built for both.

$59 one-time setup, then $99/mo. for 12 mo. or $169/mo. with no commitment. No sales calls.

What a homeowner checks before calling a plumber.

Someone searching for a plumber is usually in a hurry. They skim for a few things, and the framework puts each one where they expect to find it.

Licensed and insured.

The first question, answered in the trust strip directly under the hero: four badges you write, visible on the first screen.

Your service area, spelled out.

The service area section names six cities you serve, with a line inviting anyone on the edge of it to call and ask.

Same-day and emergency availability.

It fits in the eyebrow line above the headline, a badge, and your business hours in the contact section.

The services they need, by name.

Four service cards with a photo, a name and a short description. A visitor confirms you handle their problem before they scroll any further.

A way to call right now.

A phone button in the navigation, another in the hero, and a Call Now pill pinned to the bottom right of every screen, on desktop and on a phone.

Proof it's a real company.

Eight photos of your work, an about section with your founding year, eight reasons to choose you, and seven FAQs in your own words.

The framework, in a plumber's words.

Everything below is example wording to show what goes where, written for Summit Plumbing, a made-up Austin plumber that is not a client. Nothing here is a claim about a real business. You enter your own details on the online form, and you can change any of them later.

Trust strip: four badges.

Four short badges directly under the hero. If your state requires the license number on advertising, a badge is the place for it, since it shows on the first screen.

  • Licensed and insuredAdd your license number after it if your state requires it.
  • Upfront pricingThe price before the work starts.
  • 24/7 emergency serviceNights and weekends.
  • Workmanship warrantyYour terms, in your words.

Example badges for a made-up plumber. Four short lines, shown directly under the hero.

Services: four cards.

A headline, a one-line promise and four cards, each with a photo, a name and a short description, then a Call Now button. Example entries for a plumber:

  • RepairsLeaks, running toilets, dripping faucets, low water pressure.
  • Water heatersRepair and replacement, tank and tankless.
  • Drain cleaningKitchen, bath and main line, with a camera inspection when a clog keeps coming back.
  • Emergency plumbingBurst pipes, sewer backups, no hot water. Nights and weekends.

The headline and promise above the cards are yours to write too, for example: Repairs, replacements and emergencies. Upfront pricing before we start.

The services section: a What we do eyebrow, the headline Services Built to Last, four cards each with a photo, a [Service] name and a short description, and a Call Now button.

The services section before personalization. Four cards, your photos and wording.

Service area: six cities.

A headline, a description and six city names, followed by a line inviting anyone on the edge of your area to call. For a made-up Austin plumber: Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown and Leander, under a headline like Serving Austin and the northern suburbs. Name the places your trucks actually go. A homeowner outside the city limits is looking for their town here.

The service area section: an eyebrow, [Service Area Headline], a description, six city names and the line Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call.

The service area section before personalization. Six cities, your headline.

The rest of the page, same idea.

  • HeroEyebrow: Plumbing in Austin, Texas. Headline: Licensed plumbers. Same-day service. Plus a photo of your truck or a job.
  • Recent workEight photos, for example: a finished water heater install, a repipe in progress, a clean bathroom rough-in, a cleared main line, your van outside a job.
  • AboutA headline, two paragraphs on who you are and how you work, your founding year in the Est. badge, and a photo of you or your crew.
  • Why choose usEight reasons, each with one line on why it matters to the homeowner: upfront pricing, same-day appointments, clean-up included, a warranty on the work.
  • Call-to-action bandA headline and two short points in your brand color, for example: Need a plumber today? Same-day appointments. Upfront pricing.
  • FAQSeven questions you already answer on the phone: Do you charge for estimates? Are you licensed and insured? Do you offer emergency service? Do you work on tankless heaters? What areas do you cover? How do you price a job? Do you warranty your work?
  • Closing sectionA headline, your phone, email and business hours, and a Call Now button.
  • FooterBusiness name and tagline, quick links, and your phone, email, city and state.

Made-up example business, not a client. Example wording only; you enter your own.

Same framework. Your trade.

Every Horizon website uses this framework. Your name, colors, photos and text go in; the structure stays. Scroll it, and pick a trade to switch.

What a visitor does on your page.

One short path, from the first screen to a phone call. The sections above are the places it runs through.

They land.

A homeowner with a problem opens your page on a phone. The hero names your trade and area, and the Call Now button is right there, with a round one pinned to the screen.

They check.

Four trust items say who you are. Four service cards show you do their job, and the service area lists their town.

They reach out.

Calling is one tap, from the top of the page, the hero, the services or the contact section. Get In Touch takes them to your phone, email and hours.

Be live before you need it.

Plumbing calls do not follow a calendar, so there is no wrong time. If your winters bring hard freezes, have the site live before the first one. The clock on "live within 72 hours" starts when you finish the online form, and it depends on how quickly you provide content and approve the preview. Leave yourself some room before the date you want to be live.

The rest of the wording, written out.

The sections above show the hero, trust items, services and service area. Here is everything else, start to finish, written for Summit Plumbing, a made-up Austin plumber that is not a client. It is example wording only. You enter your own on the online form, and you can change any of it later.

About

Austin plumbers, since 2009.

We are a small plumbing company that works across Austin and the northern suburbs. Most of our calls are repairs, water heaters and drains, and a few every week are emergencies.

We quote the price before we start, we show up in the window we give you, and we clean up before we leave. If a job turns out to be bigger than the quote, we stop and talk to you first.

Certifications and licenses: Licensed and insured in Texas.

Badge: Est. 2009. Plus a photo of you or your crew.

Why choose us

Eight reasons, one line each.

  • Upfront pricingYou know the price before anyone picks up a wrench.
  • Same-day appointmentsWhen something is leaking, waiting until next week is not an option.
  • Clean-up includedThe mess leaves with us.
  • A warranty on the workIf our repair fails, you call us, not another plumber.
  • Licensed and insuredProof on request.
  • Honest diagnosisWe tell you what is wrong, and what is not.
  • Respect for your homeShoe covers, drop cloths and a tidy finish.
  • Local and family-runYou call us, and we answer.

Call-to-action band

Need a plumber today?

Same-day appointments. Upfront pricing.

Plus a Get In Touch button and a Call Now button.

Closing section

Tell us what is wrong.

Under the headline: your phone, email and business hours, and a Call Now button.

Seven questions, answered.

Do you charge for estimates?

No. We give estimates on repairs and installs at no charge, and we tell you the price before work starts.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Our license number is in the badge near the top of this page, and we can send proof of insurance on request.

Do you offer emergency service?

Yes, nights and weekends. Call the number at the top of the page. A burst pipe or a sewer backup does not wait.

Do you work on tankless heaters?

Yes. We repair and replace both tank and tankless water heaters.

What areas do you cover?

Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown and Leander. If you are on the edge of that list, call and ask.

How do you price a job?

Most jobs get a flat price after we see the problem. If it is a bigger project, you get a written quote first.

Do you warranty your work?

Yes. Our workmanship warranty is on every job. Ask us for the terms when you request a quote.

What this framework doesn't do.

It is a website that gets people to call or ask. Here is what it is not, so nothing surprises you later.

  • It is one page.Sections you scroll through, not a site with a separate page for every service, and not a blog.
  • The structure does not change.Four service cards, six cities, eight photos, eight reasons to choose you, four trust items and seven FAQs, in the same order. You change what they say, not how many there are.
  • It is not dispatch, scheduling or invoicing software.Horizon builds the website. It gets the call to you; running the job stays in your own tools.
  • It is not an online store or custom software.Complex ecommerce, custom software and bespoke design are outside what Horizon builds, and we say so before you buy.

Questions plumbers ask.

Seven that come up for this trade. The full list is on the FAQ page.

Can I list emergency or 24-hour service?

Yes. It is your text, so it can go wherever it helps: the eyebrow line above the headline, one of the four trust badges, one of the four service cards, your business hours in the closing section, and an FAQ answer. The framework does not have a separate emergency banner, and the section structure stays fixed, so use those spots rather than expecting a new one.

Can I show my license number?

Yes. The trust strip's four badges are text you write, so one can read Licensed and insured with your license number after it, and it shows on the first screen. You can also put the number in the about paragraphs or an FAQ answer. If your state requires it on advertising, the badge is the visible place for it.

Can I add more than four services?

The services section has four cards, and that number is part of the fixed framework. Group your work under four headings, such as repairs, water heaters, drain cleaning and emergency service, and describe the rest in text: the short description on each card, the one-line promise above the cards, the about paragraphs, and the seven FAQ answers. The Repairs card alone can name leaks, toilets, faucets, disposals and pressure problems in one line.

Can I show photos of my work?

Yes. The recent work section holds eight photos, and you can swap any of them whenever you finish a better job. A before-and-after pair counts as two photos.

Can I change the site after it is live?

Yes. Your text, photos, colors and business info are yours to edit anytime through a simple editor, no code. Edits are included on every plan, so there is no invoice for them. The structure and section order stay fixed.

I cover more than six cities. What do I do?

The service area section has a headline, a description and six city names. If you cover more ground, put the region in the headline or the description, and list the six places you go most.

Can I use my brand colors?

Yes. Your colors are yours to set, and they carry across the whole site. The structure and the order of the sections stay fixed.
