What it is, what you can change, and why the structure stays fixed.
The page structure every Horizon website is built on. In order: navigation, a hero with your headline and two Call Now buttons, a trust strip with four badges, four services, a gallery of eight work photos, your story, eight reasons customers choose you, a call-to-action band in your brand color, your service area, seven questions and answers, a closing call to action, and a footer. We personalize it with your text, photos, colors and business info. The structure itself is the same on every site, and every section sits where a homeowner expects to find it. Every section of the framework, explained.
Yes. The preview sits right next to checkout. The live framework is up now, with placeholder text in brackets where your details go. No card is needed to look, and no call. Every Horizon website uses the same framework, so the structure you see is the structure you get. Open the live framework in a new tab.
You can change your text (headlines, service descriptions, your about section), your images (team, work and location photos), your colors, and your business info (services, service area, hours, phone, email). All of it, anytime, through a simple editor, with no code. What stays fixed is the page layout and section structure, the design system underneath, and the code. Sections can't be added, removed or reordered, but everything a visitor reads or sees inside them is yours.
Four reasons. It keeps every site clean and professional, with no accidental DIY damage. It lets us launch in days, not months. It keeps the price affordable: reusing a proven framework is how a real website costs $59 up front and $99 a month instead of thousands. And the structure is built to convert, with every section where a service-business visitor expects it.
The structure will be the same. The content won't. Your name, headline, photos, services, colors and story are what a visitor actually sees, and none of that is shared. A plumber in one town and a roofer in another can be on the same framework and still look like two different businesses. The framework tour shows the idea.
If you run a local service business, probably. The framework is built for plumbers, HVAC companies, roofers, electricians, landscapers, med spas, dentists, and similar trades: cleaners, painters, handymen, pest control, auto detailing. It's a lead-generation website: your services, trust cues, service area, and obvious ways to get in touch. It isn't a fit for ecommerce with many products, custom software or web apps, or a business that needs a bespoke design from scratch. We'd rather say so here than after you pay. Who it's for, and who it isn't.
From first look to live website, every step happens online.
No. There are no sales calls, demos or consultations, ever. The preview, checkout, the online form, revisions and support all happen online, on your own time. If you have a question at any point, email support@horizondigitalco.com and our support replies within 24 hours.
You get the online form. It asks for your business details (name, tagline, phone, email, hours, city and state), your services, your service area, your photos, your brand color, and any text you already have; a logo is optional. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes, you don't need any of it ready before checkout, and finishing it starts the 72-hour clock. We personalize the framework with your branding, text and photos, then send you a final preview to approve. Revisions are handled online. Once you approve, your website goes live. The whole process, step by step, and what to have ready.
It's measured from the moment you finish the online form, not from checkout, because that's when we have what we need to build. The 72 hours covers personalizing the framework, your final preview and any revisions, and taking the site live. It depends on how quickly you send content and approve the preview: if something waits, the timeline waits with it. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
Ask for them online. Revisions are handled the same way as everything else, with no call and no meeting, and nothing goes live until you say so.
That part of the process is still being finalized, and we'd rather say so than guess. If you need to know before you choose a plan, email support@horizondigitalco.com and our support will reply within 24 hours.
One setup fee, then your plan price. Nothing else.
A one-time $59 setup fee on every plan, then your plan price. The setup fee covers building your website on the framework, personalizing it with your text, photos, colors and business info, and getting it live; it's charged once, at checkout, together with your first plan payment. The plans are $99 a month, billed monthly on a 12-month agreement; $1,069 a year, billed once on a 12-month agreement; or $169 a month with no commitment. Every plan is the same website, hosting, SSL, edits and support. Prices are in US dollars. See pricing.
Only how you pay. The two 12-month plans come with a 12-month agreement and a lower price: $99 a month billed monthly, or $1,069 billed once a year, which is $119 less than twelve monthly payments ($1,188). The no-commitment plan is $169 a month, month to month, and you can cancel anytime. The website, hosting, SSL, edits and support are identical on all three.
The 12-month plans do. We email you 30 days before the renewal date, and if you cancel any time before that date, the plan won't renew. The no-commitment plan is month to month, so there's no renewal date to watch. Billing and cancellation has the details.
Email support@horizondigitalco.com and say you want to cancel. Include your business name and the email address you used at checkout, and our support confirms by email. On the no-commitment plan, cancel anytime. On a 12-month plan, cancel any time before the renewal date and it won't renew. The terms for ending a 12-month agreement before the 12 months are up haven't been decided yet; they'll be published on the billing page once they are. What happens to your domain, your text and photos, and the website itself after you cancel is also still to be confirmed; see Leaving Horizon on the billing page, or email support@horizondigitalco.com before you choose a plan.
Through secure checkout on this site. Choose a plan, pay the $59 setup fee and your first plan payment, and you're done: no invoice to wait for, no call to schedule. After that, your plan price is charged on your plan's schedule, every month on the monthly plans and once a year on the annual plan. There are no other charges. No add-ons, no upsells, and no surprise invoices for hosting or edits.
It hasn't been decided yet, and we'd rather tell you that than guess. That includes whether the $59 setup fee is refundable, and whether any part of a plan payment comes back if you cancel part-way through a month or a year. Nothing on this site promises a refund. When the policy is decided, it will be published on the billing page. If you need to know before you choose a plan, email support@horizondigitalco.com and our support will reply within 24 hours.
Your website is yours to change. The framework underneath stays fixed.
Yes, anytime, and you don't need to know any code. Through a simple editor you can change your text, swap your images, adjust colors to your brand, and update your business info: services, service area, hours, phone and email. Nothing you put in the online form is locked in; if your brand changes, or you get better photos of your work, swap them in yourself. Photos for your website has tips on what to shoot.
No. Editing your own text, images, colors and business info is included on every plan, along with hosting, SSL, support and maintenance. No add-ons and no invoices for edits, on any plan.
Email support@horizondigitalco.com with what you'd like changed, and our support will reply within 24 hours. Support is included on every plan and handled online. What we'll change for you on request, and how quickly, is still being finalized, so ask and we'll tell you straight.
A small company in Sturgis, Michigan. Email is the channel, and our support replies within 24 hours.
Email support@horizondigitalco.com. It's the only contact channel, and it's the same address for questions before you buy, help with the online form, changes after launch, and billing. Our support reads it and replies by email within 24 hours. Support is included on every plan. There is more on the support page, and a form on the contact page if you'd rather not open your email app.
No, and that's on purpose. Everything at Horizon happens online, including support, so there's no hold queue and no call to schedule. Email is the whole process, and our support replies within 24 hours.
Support means answers to your questions by email, from before you buy through the life of your website. Maintenance means keeping your website running: fast hosting, SSL and baseline security, and ongoing upkeep are all part of every plan, so there's nothing separate to buy or renew. Everything that's included.
The preview and self-serve checkout are live. No card is needed to look, and no call.
