A new client is choosing who to trust with their face. They look for a few specific things, and the framework puts each one where they expect to find it.
Licensed providers.
The first question, answered in the trust strip directly under the hero: four badges you write. Who is licensed, who supervises, how long you have been open.
Treatments, by name.
Four service cards with a photo, a name and a short description. A client confirms you offer what they came for before they scroll any further.
The people behind the treatments.
An about section with a headline, two paragraphs and a photo: who founded the practice, who performs treatments, and their credentials, in your words.
Real results, shown with consent.
Eight photos in the recent work gallery. Before-and-after photos go here, once each client has given you written consent to use them.
A way to book.
A phone button in the navigation, another in the hero, a round Call Now button pinned to the bottom right of every screen, and your email in the contact section for anyone who would rather write than call.
Answers before they ask.
Seven FAQs in your own words: does it hurt, how long do results last, is there downtime, do I need a consultation first. The questions you already answer at the front desk.
The framework, in a med spa's words.
Everything below is example wording to show what goes where, written for Glow Med Spa, a made-up Nashville med spa that is not a client. Nothing here is a claim about a real business. You enter your own details on the online form, and you can change any of them later.
Trust strip: four badges.
Four short badges directly under the hero. For a med spa, you might enter: Licensed providers. Physician supervised. Open since 2019. Same-week appointments. Enter only what is true for your practice; a badge is the most visible line on the site. If your state requires a supervising physician's name or license on advertising, a badge is a place for it, since it sits directly under the hero.
The trust strip before personalization, reduced to fit: [Badge 1], [Badge 2], [Warranty] and [Years in Business]. Four badges, your wording.
Services: four treatment cards.
A headline, a one-line promise and four cards, each with a photo, a name and a short description, then a Call Now button. Example entries for a med spa:
InjectablesWrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers, placed by a licensed provider after a consultation.
FacialsHydrating, exfoliating and acne-focused facials, matched to your skin.
LaserHair removal, skin resurfacing and sun-damage treatments.
Microneedling and peelsTexture, tone and fine lines, in a series planned around your goals.
The headline and promise above the cards are yours to write too, for example: Treatments from licensed providers. A plan for your skin, not a menu.
The services section before personalization. Four cards, your photos and wording.
Recent work: before and after, with consent.
A grid of eight photos. For a med spa, this is where before-and-after photos go, alongside your treatment rooms and your team at work. Two things to know. First, every client in a before-and-after photo needs to have given you written consent to use it on your website, and getting and keeping that consent is your responsibility, not Horizon's. Second, the grid holds eight images, two across on a phone, so a before-and-after pair takes two slots side by side, or one slot if you combine both halves into one image before you upload it.
The gallery before personalization. Eight slots, your photos.
About: your providers.
A photo, a headline, two paragraphs and an Est. badge with your founding year. For a med spa, this is the section a first-time client reads twice. Use the first paragraph for who you are and how the practice started, and the second for who performs treatments and their credentials: the medical director, the nurse injectors, the aestheticians. The photo can be your team or your space. The framework has one about photo and two paragraphs, not a profile card per provider, so keep it to what a client needs to know before they book.
The about section before personalization. One photo, two paragraphs, your founding year.
The rest of the page, same idea.
HeroEyebrow: Med spa in Nashville. Headline: Look like yourself, rested. Plus a photo of your treatment room or front desk.
Why choose usEight reasons, each with one line on why it matters to the client: licensed providers only, a consultation before every first treatment, pricing shared before you book, same-week appointments.
Call-to-action bandA headline and two short points in your brand color, for example: Ready for a consultation? Licensed providers. Same-week appointments.
Service areaFor a med spa, the six cities are the places your clients drive from: Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Hendersonville, Mount Juliet and Murfreesboro, under a headline like Serving Nashville and the surrounding counties.
NavigationYour business name, links to Services, Gallery, About, FAQ and Contact, and a phone button. The Gallery link is where a client goes to see results.
FAQSeven questions you already answer at the front desk: Do I need a consultation first? Does it hurt? How long do results last? Is there downtime? Who performs the treatment? What should I do before my appointment? Do you offer packages?
Closing sectionA headline, your phone, email and business hours, and a Call Now button.
FooterBusiness name and tagline, quick links, and your phone, email, city and state.
Made-up example business, not a client. Example wording only; you enter your own.
One short path, from the first screen to a phone call. The sections above are the places it runs through.
They land.
A photo, a calm headline and a Call Now button on the first screen.
They check.
The services section lists your four treatments, the about section introduces you and your credentials, and the gallery shows your space and your work.
They reach out.
They tap Call Now, or Get In Touch to see your phone, email and hours.
Go live before your busy stretch.
Pick the stretch when new clients ask the most questions, and go live before it starts. The clock on "live within 72 hours" starts when you finish the online form, and it depends on how quickly you provide content and approve the preview. Leave yourself some room before the date you want to be live.
The rest of the wording, written out.
The sections above show the hero, trust items, services and service area. Here is everything else, start to finish, written for Glow Med Spa, a made-up Nashville med spa that is not a client. It is example wording only. You enter your own on the online form, and you can change any of it later.

Licensed providers. Same-week appointments.
Plus a Get In Touch button and a Call Now button.
Closing section
Start with a conversation.
Under the headline: your phone, email and business hours, and a Call Now button.
Seven questions, answered.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes, for a first treatment. It is a short conversation about what you want, and it is the best time to ask every question you have.
Does it hurt?
Comfort varies by treatment and by person. Your provider explains what to expect, and any numbing options, before you begin.
How long do results last?
It depends on the treatment and the person. Your provider gives you a realistic range at your consultation, and results vary.
Is there downtime?
It depends on the treatment. Some need none and some need a day or two. We tell you in advance so you can plan.
Who performs the treatment?
A licensed provider. You will meet yours at the consultation.
What should I do before my appointment?
We send instructions when you book. They are different for each treatment, so follow the ones we send you.
Do you offer packages?
Ask us at your consultation. We will explain what is available and what each option includes.
Made-up example business, not a client. Example wording only; you enter your own.
It is a website that gets people to call or ask. Here is what it is not, so nothing surprises you later.
It is one page.Sections you scroll through, not a site with a separate page for every service, and not a blog.
The structure does not change.Four service cards, six cities, eight photos, eight reasons to choose you, four trust items and seven FAQs, in the same order. You change what they say, not how many there are.
It is not a client records system. The site lets someone reach you. Records and treatment notes stay in the systems your practice already uses.
It is not an online store or custom software.Complex ecommerce, custom software and bespoke design are outside what Horizon builds, and we say so before you buy.
No sales call and no design meetings. You see the framework, pick a plan, and fill in one form between appointments.
Preview the framework.
See the exact structure your site will use before you pay. No card needed to look. The live framework is up now, with placeholder text in brackets where your details go. No card needed to look.
Check out and fill in the online form.
Pick a plan at secure checkout, then spend 15 to 20 minutes on the form: your provider and license wording, four treatments, the cities your clients come from, hours, phone, email, brand color, and photos you have consent to use.
Approve it. It goes live.
We personalize the framework, you approve the preview online, and your site is live within 72 hours of finishing the form.
Seven that come up for this trade. The full list is on the FAQ page.
Can the button say Book now instead of Call Now?
The hero buttons and the services button all read Call Now, the wording the framework ships with, and where they sit is part of the fixed framework. Everything around them is your text: the headline above the hero buttons, the four trust badges under the hero, the call-to-action band and the seven FAQ answers can all say Book a consultation, or whatever you say at the front desk.
Can I show before-and-after photos?
Yes. The recent work gallery holds eight photos, and before-and-after images are the natural fit for a med spa. You are responsible for having each client's written consent to use their photo on your website before you upload it, and for following whatever rules apply to advertising treatments in your state. Horizon places the photos you supply in the framework; the consent behind them is yours to get and keep. A pair takes two slots side by side, or one slot as a combined image; either way it stays together on a phone.
Can I list my providers and their credentials?
Yes, in several places. The about section has two paragraphs and a photo, which is the place to name your medical director, injectors and aestheticians and what each is licensed to do. A trust badge can read Licensed providers directly under the hero, a differentiator can explain why that matters to the client, and an FAQ can answer Who performs the treatment. The framework does not have a separate team page or a profile card per provider, so the about paragraphs carry the detail.
I offer more than four treatments. Where does the rest go?
The services section has four cards, so choose the four you want more of. Put the rest in a sentence under the headline, in the about paragraphs, or in an FAQ answer.
Can I change the site when I add a treatment?
Yes. Your text, photos, colors and business info are yours to edit anytime through a simple editor, no code. Edits are included on every plan, so there is no invoice for them. The structure and section order stay fixed.
Can I use my brand colors?
Yes. Your colors are yours to set, and they carry across the whole site. The structure and the order of the sections stay fixed.
Can I update my hours and contact details?
Yes. Hours, phone, email and service area are business info, and you can change them anytime through the simple editor. Edits are included, with no extra charge.
