Why Horizon has no sales calls
Quick answer
Horizon Digital Co. has no sales calls because there is nothing to negotiate: the price is on the page ($59 setup, from $99 a month), the website style can be previewed before you pay, and the build runs from a 15 to 20 minute intake form. You go live within 72 hours without ever getting on the phone. Support is by email, from a person.
How it works without a call
- See the website style first. The layout is on the homepage. What you see is what you get, personalized with your colors, words and photos.
- Check out. Pick the 12-month plan at $99 a month or the no-commitment plan at $169 a month. Both start with the $59 one-time setup fee.
- Fill in the intake. About 15 to 20 minutes: your services, service area, hours, photos, logo and the details that go on the site.
- Approve the preview. You get a final preview to approve before anything goes live.
- Go live. Most sites are live within 72 hours of intake.
Why we built it this way
A sales call exists to discover your budget and size the quote. Horizon has one product at one price, so there is nothing to discover. Six of the 40 providers in our Pricing Index publish no price at all; you have to talk to sales to get one, and most of them are bundled marketing platforms with a contract at the end of the call.
If you run a service business, your day is already full of calls. Ours should not be one of them.
When you do want to talk to someone
Email support@horizondigitalco.com. A person reads it. Questions before you buy, changes after you launch, and anything in between all go to the same address.
