Terms of Service

• Monthly 12-Month Commitment — $99/month, 12-month term
• Monthly Flexible — $169/month, no minimum term
• Annual — $1,069/year, 12-month term
• All plans have a one-time $59 setup fee on the first payment

• The 12-Month Commitment and Annual plans automatically renew for another 12-month term at the end of the current term unless cancelled first.
• The Monthly Flexible plan continues month to month until cancelled.
• We email a renewal reminder at least 30 days before each renewal date.
• To stop a renewal, tell us at any time before the renewal date and the plan will end at the end of the current term instead of renewing.
• Renewal is charged automatically to the payment method on file.

• Cancellation takes effect immediately. When you cancel, your service ends and your website is taken offline right away — it does not continue to the end of the current billing period.
• Payments already made are not refunded, including any unused part of the current month or year.
• Monthly Flexible: you can cancel at any time.
• Monthly 12-Month Commitment: to cancel before your 12-month term ends, the remaining months of the term are payable ($99 × the number of months remaining). Once that is paid, cancellation takes effect immediately.
• Annual: you can cancel at any time. The prepaid year is not refunded.
• Cancelling ends all subscriptions on your account, including any add-on services.
• To cancel, email support@horizondigitalco.com.
• We keep a final backup of your website at the point of cancellation. Ask us within 30 days if you would like a copy.

• All payments — including the $59 setup fee, monthly payments, and annual payments — are non-refundable. You can preview your website's design style before purchasing, so you know what you are getting before you pay.

• Text, image, and color changes on request

• Your website is delivered within 72 hours of us receiving your completed intake form.
• Requested changes to a live site are completed within 24 hours.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• You can update your payment method at any time through our billing portal.
• If a payment fails, we'll email you to update your card. Stripe retries automatically.

• You own the text, images, and logos you provide.
• You confirm you have the right to use anything you send us.
